I am an early stage startup, can I seek equity funding?

Yes, the early stage startups can seek for funding through Incubation centres, Angel Investors and seed capital investors.

What are the charges for availing startup funding services?

We do not charge for extending funding services, we only charge success fees once the funding is received to the company. The services for pitch deck and financial modelling and valuations and legal agreements preparation are chargeable upfront.

How the valuation of startup is done?

There are multiple methods to do valuation of a startup. The same is based on multiple factors like early stage, pre or post revenue, growth stage etc.

I am an registered MSME, can I avail Equity funding?

Yes, equity funding through VC and Private equity are available to MSME’s as well but depending upon the scalability of business and other factors.
